1) Delivery time
We trade bespoke and high value-added products. This has a significant impact on the delivery time, which can be extended to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
Delivery times are between 20 and 40 days depending on the level of customisation.
Delivery times are quoted in working days from receipt of payment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national and local public holidays. These times cannot be guaranteed as they may vary due to seasonality and force majeure. Our commitment to timely delivery remains inviolable, as does our commitment to a quality product compliant with your requirements.
2) Receipt of goods
The customer must check the integrity of the goods on unloading and, in the event of tampering and/or breakage, must immediately put the shipment and/or delivery in claim status, providing any motivation on the document signed to the courier.
The customer must report and document any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods in compliance with the requirement of delivery operator chosen for the shipment.
In case of failure of the delivery to the address indicated by Customer, whether the latter does not collect the goods within 2 (two) working days, the goods will be returned to Sender, with the costs of transport and storage being charged to the Customer.
